We provide leads from all the major sources including but not limited to Realtor.com, Zillow, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, HomeLight and NextDoor. We offer a 95% split and a $15k annual cap with a $150 monthly brokerage fee. You get to keep more of your money in your pocket to build your business!

Education can empower you to be your best and do your best work. But not everyone learns the same, or wants to learn the same things! We want you to pick the education that works for you. Pick any education you prefer for your first year, and the brokerage will cover 50% up to $500 annually. In year two, that allowance increases to 100% and up to $1000 annually.

We provide TotalBrokerage to all our agents. This powerhouse offers marketing customizable to each agent, mass texting, a CRM to manage your client relationships, built in e-sign, easy transaction management, pre-set fillable forms, integrated calendar, and start to finish transaction checklists so you never wonder if you are forgetting something!
